Completely unprofessional in an appointment with a person with disabilities. Was incredibly ableist and solely talked to the caregiver and not the person they were supposed to be supporting. Refused to wait for responses for questions from the person. Was talking at them and not to them. Did not take the concerns of this person seriously, dismissed the person's feelings and tried to normalize isolation. Individual left the appointment feeling worse than before. Inexcusable behavior, will never be returning, and confused as to how this person works in this field.

Went in feeling positive, left feeling really bad. She delivered harsh judgments about our personalities in first session. There was some truth, but she was jumping to conclusions with partial information and it was alienating for us both. She was invalidating about a mental illness; it was hurtful. We had confirmed our time slot a week in advance, but it was taken on the day of our appointment and we had to come an hour and a half later. She has strong skills but lacks compassionate tact.
