Alyssa is the BEST
I have dealt with a lot of medical gaslighting and dismissal in the past and that is not at all what I got with Dr. Alyssa Thomas. I am opposed to taking hormonal birth control and Dr. Thomas was completely understanding and on my team when it came to seeking out the root cause of my issues. We took things step by step, did some bloodwork, and unfortunately I had to move away from Golden before we could come to a resolution. However, I have a lot more data to go off of and I know how to advocate well for my care because there ARE medical professionals who will respect your personal health convictions and dig deeper. This is SO rare in our current US healthcare system. Thank you Alyssa!!
