Dermatology appt -waste of time
Meant to post my disappointment earlier this year 1-2023. After waiting 4 1/2 months for an appointment was my first disappointment. I was not impressed with my exam, asked about concerning bumps on eye areas. Wouldn’t even check stating, “you have eyeshadow on”. Why wouldn’t you recommend patients wear no make up for appointments and reminding people especially first timers when you call or text 24 hours before to confirm appointments. Or offer a wipe to remove make up upon arrival. No explanations of anything. No patient engagement. IMO she was so matter of fact, slightly rude. Never checked my head, neck areas or face. I would think a full body check would be just that. In and out in 5 minutes, obviously too busy to actually shown some patient care or concern as it was not easy for my first time as you are completely nude. Waste of time and an appt. I had to remind her assistant to order the recommended crème prescription as they pushed me out of their office.

My daughter and I wrote a lengthy review earlier and I'm done spending any more time on this the past 6days trying to get help or a return call . We forgot to say that this last cream she was gonna order was for the breasts, but I don't have any problem with my breasts, nor did she examine them. Since the pharmacy, nor myself has had a return call from last Thursday. My skin is bleeding, red, blisters, painful, throbbing Myself and my daughter wrote earlier review so thank u for ur excellent care and caring for me from u and ur staff, ??
