***Update. Last appointment. Jan 11 2021. Allison was 30 minuets late and hung up on me while I was expressing the issues I've faced with this practice. Shame on them. They have been detrimental to my mental health and don't have the decency to feign compassion. And according to my primary care physician I haven't been the only person requesting referrals away from Blue City Psychiatry. I am in tears, shaking, heart pounding with an overwhelming feeling of abandonment, neglect and betrayal. On an enraged note, the receptionist Bridget, is a confrontational and snarky jerk who adds gas to the fire every time I have the misfortune of receiving her on the phone.*** ***update as of November 2020. Yet another appointment has been canceled with next to no notice. I haven't been seen since July 6th! I've been rescheduled for middle of January!
