I was in the er because I became numb on the right side of my body and couldn’t talk for a few minutes. He didn’t take anything I said seriously and told me I’m just constipated and dehydrated. He gave me a referral to call a neurologist but the phone number he put down was incorrect and took me to some cardiologist office that had no idea about the place I was supposed to call. He also prescribed me an antibiotic and sent me on my way however the pharmacies were closed at that point. I asked if they had a pill there I could take and he finally remembered that it is indeed a hospital where they do have antibiotics they could give me. He seems to not be knowledgeable, caring, or professional.

Mr. Smith put 7 staples into my 8 year old son’s head after he bust it open. He treated us in timely fashion, was very polite and did a great job. The suture healed well, the staples were removed in 8 days and there was no pain or infection. Healed up well. Mr. Smith was great.
