Allison has been my son's NP for the last 4 years. She correctly diagnosed him with Bipolar I. She has been extremely compassionate, knowledgeable and a true partner working with our family to navigate this difficult illness. I highly recommend her and Penfield Psychiatry. She is reliable and responsive. She truly cares about her patients and always listens to their concerns. Her calm, reassuring manner helps diffuse difficult situations. My son is managing his illness better because of the care he receives from Allison.

Constantly has to change appointments at the last minute but charges a $75 fee if you have to change yours. More interested in making money than in patient care.
