Telehealth
i had to book a telehealth appointment because i had a very easy question to be answered and she was dismissive, rude, gave me no answers, told me if i had any other answers to go to urgent care, and to not do telehealth again. i was assigned to her by valley when i needed to choose primary care, and have only had to visit her one other time, years ago, and couldnt remember why i hadnt ever really wanted to book with her again until today. can't wait to find someone new.
