Best therapist yet
Telehealth
I recently started working with Allison and have found her to be the most trauma informed out of the previous 3 I have worked with. Within a few sessions I was able to understand my anxiety and panic attacks and she taught me skills to help manage distress levels. I'm very grateful to have found Allison
