I’ve been going to Allison for about 1.5 years. Having been to several therapists over the last 12ish years I cannot say how thankful I am to have found her. I finally feel like I’m not talking just to talk and making serious progress in my coping skills as well as self care, boundaries and handling the past. She has a way of tying things together, helping me reflect in ways I never have before and giving me tools which have improved my life and relationships so much. I highly recommend her! :)
