Allison has been such a help to me. She caters her approach to my needs and helps me to see things I other wise might now. Unlike other therapists, Allison doesn't just listen and nod. She engages me to think deeper into the conversations we have and reach actual goals as opposed to hours of empty talking. Our sessions are effective and she has given me hope for a life after mental illness.
