Allison Falin, FNP

Have seen Allison for two different illnesses over 2 years and am currently in her care (Gastroenterology). In each case have seen her for multiple appointments. Knowledgeable, listened to my concerns, answers questions, spends the time needed in all visits, provides explanation whenever asked, caring, got required tests done and or scheduled immediately (except when machine is broken at BMH), willing to try different meds and do necessary tests to accurately make diagnosis. If I could, I would give her more than 5 stars! If you manage your healthcare, as is honestly needed in today's environment, provide thorough and accurate medical history, meds taken etc., explain your symptoms and can answer questions as well as ask them, you will find Allison to be one of the best providers out there right now! I would schedule an appointment with her in a heartbeat and will continue to ask for her for any of my future healthcare needs, in her specialty.

Unbelievably rude to patients. She will talk over you. Didn't really address any of my actual concerns. Had no knowledge about a medical procedure that is done in her own office. She seems to have some kind of attitude where she's right and the patient is always wrong. Took me weeks to hear back from her when she said she would call me the next day. After calling only twice in a several week span, the front desk office staff called me and told me to stop calling them and that they would "throw" my paperwork back infront of her since it wasn't completed yet and then if I'm lucky, maybe then she would complete it.

I would not go to anyone else. Allison takes very good care of me. She is amazing. Allison is always available and takes the time to listen to me.

Rude. Didnt listen to my concerns or questions. Rarely made eye contact. Had an attitude as if I were a waste of her time. Will be finding a new PCP.

I wouldn’t recommend her for my dog. She’s rude, tries to make the patient look like they’re doing something wrong. She’s arrogant. My dog gets treated better by her vet!!! The office stinks like it’s been smoked in, wallpaper is rolling up off the walls.
