Dr. Rodriguez listened to me regarding my concerns about my son since this is the 2nd visit with him. Coming from CHOC and been there for a long time and seeing that UCI is huge I had a lot of questions, concerns, needing phone numbers etc Dr. Rodriguez listened and answered all my concerns and then some! He went over and beyond! I also wanted to give a shout out to the Nurse, {staff name removed} for being very helpful and supportive and he too answered my questions!!

I really felt like Dr. Allen Rodriguez really took the time to listen to want I had to say and didn't just assume I was going to say one thing when I actually said another. And he didn't make me feel as if he was placing a judgement on me. Which in turn allowed me to open up and talk to him cuz I felt relaxed.

That the doctor and nurses always treat me with care and respect and also that they make an effort to speak to me in my language, which I appreciate. They also always try to ensure that if I have any pain or discomfort, it is treated quickly or they refer me to a specialist. God always bless you all this great medical family. I have thank you.

Dr. Allen Rodriguez treated me very well. He took the time to listen to my concerns regarding my health. He explained things to me very well about the results of my exams. He recommended vaccinations. He updated me on what I needed. I am grateful to have him as a doctor. I hope to have him for a long time. I give a 10 for the professionalism!

They didn't examine me. I told them that I had a sore throat and he just opened my mouth and did a swab but did not check my lungs or anything and did not give me medications.
