Alla Soyfer, NP

The reception staff is not always the friendliest but it is worth it to deal with them to see Alla. She is talkative, but it is because she cares. She truly listens and wants to get to the root cause of your issue. She isn't going to take 5 mins and then give you some medicine and send you on your way. I have never felt more heard or cared for. She has even expressed how to get ahold of her after hours through my chart so she has made it known that she is always available. My whole family sees here and I am currently dealing with some scary stuff and she is just so kind and I have never felt more heard by a doctor in my entire life.

She does not fill your scripts unless she is called a million times and reminded that you are out. Feel sorry for the patients that are on meds for they need to survive. Would give no stars

She really talked a whole lot during initial visit. Even about her vacation. Which I thought was unusual but somewhat endearing.I had to have blood tests done. Not a big deal. However I got a call at approximately 5PM on a Friday. Didn’t hear my phone as it was in the other room. I listened to the voice mail that she left. The message scared me about my testing. I was a little bit panicky. So, I called her back within 10 minutes. No answer. No way to speak to her. She knew I had just gotten a cancer diagnoses pretty recently. I feel her calling me that late on a Friday was extremely passive aggressive. Why not wait till Monday and not worry me all weekend? Doesn’t take to much insight to know not to leave a message like that on a weekend. I spoke with my daughter who is a PHD in the medical field and she suggested I find someone more responsible. That’s what I did.

The first time I met her, she was very friendly and talkative. Too talkative, in my opinion. She can't listen to you because her mouth doesn't shut. She had me schedule a full physical as I hadn't had one for a long time. She was adamant about me getting at least one more pap smear before I no longer need them. At my 'physical', she became obsessed with the pap smear. She had to do it that day. Period. She wasn't prepared for it. Items she needed weren't in the room and she had to leave the room to go get them, while my feet are in the stirrups. Then, I do not recall her washing her hands or putting gloves on or anything after that. She then proceeded to have me scoot 8 inches off the table. Is that a new thing??? I doubt it. Then, using no lube at all, she rammed the speculum into me like she was sticking a fork in tough meat! I screamed. I'm 59 years old and no longer sexually active. The pain lingered for 2 days. She's very unprofessional. I would NOT recommend her!

She is so kind and really cares for her patients. She is very professional and she does not rush you. Both my son and I see her now and I'm so glad she is our provider now. I hope we are her patients for a long time.

She has been all 3 of my boys Dr since birth. Absolutely amazing with them and making sure we had the right diagnoses. I would not trust any other Dr more than her.

I'm thankful I found Alla 10+ years ago and have never looked for another health care provider! She has such a passion for what she does and deeply cares about each of her patients. She will spend more than expected time with her patients during office visits and really listens. After hours she is always great about getting back to messages left for her. Alla is like family to me and I would recommend her to anyone who desires excellent patient care! She's truly a blessing to have in my life.

Alla and Becky are the best! She always listens and really cares. I use to see her years ago and then I couldn’t find her for awhile. Then I found her again and was so happy!! Alla is the best!!

My experience with her has been excellent. I find her to be a good listener (sadly, one can't always count on that) and to explain treatment options clearly. I have no hesitation at all in recommending Alla Soyfer as a general medical professional.

I am generally healthy, fit, and not in need of additional doctors appointments; however, I have had a few health issues of unknown origin recently. Alla always takes the time to listen to my concerns and works with me towards a solution. She recommends specialist's and explains at least generally what they may or may not do, or, what route they may take me to get healthy. Highly recommended.

I don't care for her she thinks she know it all on stress tests for your heart and she does not she is not a heart doctor she has got rude with me twice my husband needs an pcp she gets rude with Mr one more time I am turning her in. Why argue with her patients wife.

Alla Soyfer and her assistant Becky are wonderful. They take the time to listen to my concerns and address them. I never feel rushed. My health has greatly improved during my time as her patient. She shows genuine concern about my well being. I highly recommend her.
