Concern about patient care and lack of empathy by
I came in for my appointment today at 10:00. I was wrong on the time and showed up 13 minutes late for my appointment. I arrived at 9:53 the appointment was scheduled for 9 :40. I have been to this office on many occasions when I have had to wait in the waiting room for 30 minutes or more for an appointment. I fasted just for this appointment and them am told that I missed my appointment time and I would have to reschedule or I could wait to see if they could possibly get me in today. I have been coming to this office for years, and I am extremely disappointed in the shear lack of empathy.
