Alicia is great. She is very attentive and personable. She is always smiling and she takes the time that I feel i need, not rushed. I have never had to wait more than 20 minutes, unless I came really early, which does not happen much since I live 45 minutes away. I am very happy with all the staff and grateful for them taking care of me.
