Unprepared
Alice Whittington-Gulba was simply reviewing my test results order by the doctor. She didn’t prepare for my appointment by reviewing previous results so she could have a baseline. She prescribed medication requiring an injunction and didn’t show me how to administer the injections or prescribe syringes. The appointment was a complete waste of my time. As I patient I rely on medical professionals to be the SMEs and educate me as long as I’m listening to and following their counsel. During this appointment my input was not received and my questions were not answered.
