She is hands down the best therapist I’ve ever worked with. She is empathetic, provides tangible solutions, and teaches the importance of trusting yourself and your instincts. She has changed my life and taught me that when all else fails and when the whole world seemingly shuts you out, you have yourself. She helped me navigate some pretty heavy relationship, abandonment, and self esteem issues with ease, care, and confidence.
