Alice Dreyfus, FNP-BC

I cannot even fathom they type of people who wrote negative reviews about Alice Dreyfus' treatment. She is the most caring, patient and attentive healthcare professional I have encountered in Las Vegas. She is to the point but is kind and compassionate during treatment. She follows up and always took time to answer my many questions.

I took my teenaged daughter to see her for acne problems. Alice is very thorough and professional. I liked that she takes the time to go over everything with my daughter and stresses the importance of treatment compliance with her.

She is always in a hurry and ready to move on to the next patient. Last time I was there, she rolled her eyes at me and got so impatient and blurted out that I had a skin condition that I wasn't even aware of and that I was treating it incorrectly. She isn't kind to me and gets impatient instead of explaining and listening. She told me once that I was lying about how I treated my skin because it wouldn't react the way it did if I had treated it the way she told me to. I had, in fact, done exactly as she asked, and she doesn't seem to listen and gets upset when my skin doesn't react the way she thinks it should and instead of trying to figure out why, she just says that I am lying. I am changing dermatologists because of these issues that I have put up with for at least a year. I use to see Dr. Aspacio, but as soon as I was on medicaid, they switched me to her and all went downhill from there.

She was very professional.

I did not like her bedside manner, we are all professionals in the health care field also from Summerlin hospital. I would not recommend her if you have an infant or child with skin issues. I am a nurse too and I did non see any compassion for her to help.slow down the product that u promote will sell it self.
