Dr. Otero, was my doctor in Gainesville Florida. I wish he would come back. He is a wonderful doctor that treats his patient as a family. Cares about his patient and listens to what you have to say how you feel. I've never left the office without knowing what was wrong with me and how to treat it. Al is the best! Sadly he is not in Gainesville any more. I would go to any doctor's office in Gainesville he was affiliated with. Too bad Lake City is so far away.

Dr. Otero is the BEST! The office staff at this location is absolutely horrible though. I really wish he would move back to Alliance Family Physicians or to some other office where the staff actually cares.
