She doesn't reply for basic query.

I saw a therapist at PSP named Alexis Spencer and was hurt by her style of therapy. I divulged a lot of personal information and began developing rapport. This required much emotional and mental energy from me. Things changed quickly after several weeks and she explained to me that she will no longer accept my in-network insurance coverage which was from a major insurance company called Premera in Washington state. She then told me that she was going into "private practice" leaving PSP and I could use Premera's out-of-network coverage but it would be much more expensive and I would go from 90% coverage to 70% coverage and have a much higher deductible. Additionally, she told me this on January 10, 2022 and then said my last session would have to be January 31, 2022 at the latest. She then said she realized this "is a lot to process." Feelings hurt and there wasn't a viable option to continue therapy with her. It will be difficult for me to seek therapy in the future as I lost trust.
