The provider, Alexandria, became rude and aggressive. We notified her 23 hours in advance of a cancellation, yet she changed the no-show fee to a higher rate without informing us. When we called to dispute the charge, she became hostile, and the next day, she pulled the money from our bank account without authorization.Her employees are wonderful, but dealing with Alexandria is a different story—if you get on her bad side, she is ruthless. She has refused to submit our claims to insurance and is instead charging us $75 per session instead of the $35 copay our insurance covers.Additionally, she only sends appointment reminders after the 24-hour cancellation window closes, making it easy to miss an appointment.
