She is very nice but as new parents we felt a little dismissed with our concerns. Yes we probably over worry but in those moments you really need someone to gently make you feel heard and acknowledge that your concerns are valid and explain what might be going on without just dismissing it as normal with no explanation. Was extremely nice but could have done more to help us feel relaxed in our situation rather than like we needed to look for a new provider for our son.
