Comprehensive exam, caring team
I was able to get a same-day appointment for an abscess on my neck. Alexandra and her assistant did a comprehensive full body exam and addressed all my concerns and explained her observations. She also performed a biopsy on my arm. Alexandra, her team, and the front desk staff are all very friendly and caring.

Alexandra is very good at checking my skin and taking very good care of me. She is always upbeat and always interested in her patients. I truly believe she enjoys her job. Staff is respectful and helpful and are upbeat as well.

Great care!
Professional friendly. She took time to answer my questions and give explanations of her plan of care. Scheduled follow up to see how that plan worked and review bloodwork and made further suggestions if we still need further investigation of my skin condition. I felt relieved she was addressing ways to relieve my skin issue

Exceptional

First Visit, Very Pleased
Alexandra Pack and the assistant were both friendly and pleasant. They treated me with courtesy and respect. I felt Alexandra did a thorough full body scan and pointed out areas of concern. I had one placed frozen and two biopsies taken. She explained why and how this procedure would be done prior to performing them. I felt very comfortable there and with the treatment I received.

She made me feel like I mattered!
Ally was great! She explained everything in detail and answered my questions. I had a bad experience someplace else and my brother-in-law highly recommended the practice. I'm glad I decided to go. Everybody there was friendly and accommodating .

Alexandria was great!
Alexandra and Morgan were both so nice, and easy to talk to. This was my first visit, so a little nervous, but they made me feel comfortable. It was very quick and she wasapologetic that I had to wait. When I called on Friday, they got me in on a Monday and I could not believe it. So happy. Will look forward to going back.
