This lady is awful. I booked a consultation through the app Alma, I received some automated email to fill out the intake forms and was told that I would receive a confirmation for my consultation. She never gave me a phone call at the time of the consultation (which is typically about 5-10 mins) and I never received any emails from her office confirming. I check my card and there is a $100 charge for me 'missing the appointment' which was never confirmed nor called me at the time of the appointment. I called and she let me know she does not book consultations, only 60 min sessions (not what Alma said). Also, who would book a 60 min session with a therapist they have never met? I asked her to refund me as a result of a misunderstanding and she said no. Stay far away from this shady practice.

Therapy for my daughter's ADHD has been incredibly beneficial for me as a parent. It has provided me with a better understanding of ADHD and its impact on her daily life, helping me to be more patient, empathetic, and equipped to support her effectively. The therapy sessions have also taught me practical strategies and techniques to manage her symptoms and improve our family dynamics. Overall, therapy has empowered me to be a more informed and proactive parent, leading to a stronger and more harmonious relationship with my daughter.

Over the last several years, Alexandra has helped me navigate many life stages and challenges. She is patient and flexible in her approach and an empathetic, non-judgmental listener. Highly recommend Alexandra as a truly caring and supportive therapist to get through rough patches and resolve longer-term issues.

Alexandra is caring, empathetic, insightful and incredible intelligent. I have been seeing her for the last 4 years and she has helped guide me in so many ways. I dont think I would be where I am today without her support. My quality of life has been measurably improved since I have been seeing her and have learned so much about myself throughout the process. She is truly a gem and a blessing.
