Very disappointed in the communication. My mother fractured her shoulder a week ago. We had an appt @1:30pm the day after her ER visit with Dr. Cho at his office and she wasn't seen until almost 4pm that day. He/his office schedule the surgery for the following this week only to find out that he didn't accept her health insurance. He/his office had an entire week to communicate that information to my mother who is in pain. We could have looked for another provider to do the surgery. Very very disappointed and frustrated.

I had rotator cuff issues in both shoulders and he has been great. Gave me a steroid injection and sent me to PT. I've had no problems since. He is very friendly, explains everything, I was able to get an appt easily and returned once with ease.

First I had emergency surgery for broken leg at the ankle. It required plates & screws. The surgery was very good. I then schedules my total knee replacement. Everything about it was wonderful from scheduling, testing, and everyone in the surgical party were fantastic. I had very little pain and had 95% range of motion within 2 wks. of the surgery. It gives me no problems.

After shoulder surgery, I experienced bruising in my hand and numbness. I tried for days to get him to call me back, in case I needed to come in, even speaking with a "live" person (not easy to do, their phone system is terrible) who said she was emailing him my concerns. He never responded. This happened on two occasions, and after the second time, I kept my appointment, told him how I felt about his disregard for my care, and never went back.
