AMAZING!!! She is awesome. She is friendly and truly seems genuine. She took her time with me, didnt make me feel hurried. She addressed my concerns and questions, and did it all with a smile. I love her!

Alexa and the entire team treated me as if I was their ONLY patient . The anxiety and frustration with my condition was immediately recognized and I was completely at ease before the end of my first visit. Dr Alexa is the bestest doc in town. Am thankful to god that I found her for my daughter Serena.
She is very compassionate and works from the heart. We have been to so many dermatologists in the fast few years and have to say that no one is like her. She makes the visit so pleasant that my daughter now does not even feel the needles.
It is truly a blessing to be in her care.

I visit with Dr. Hetzel once a month. She has excellent bedside manner and is truly a caring professional. She has gone above and beyond to finally get me a diagnosis for my condition that has gone undiagnosed for years. We started a recommended treatment plan and have seen some progress. I just want to say thanks for not giving up on me as a patient. I’m grateful for the tag team of Alexa and Kaitlyn, these ladies are simply the best!
