I went to Alex Nutter to get help with balance, stability, mobility, and strength due to a neurological disorder, arthritis, osteoporosis, and bulging discs. He has been able to help with education of what is happening, exercises to help build strength and stability as well as gain some mobility. Alex is exceptional at adapting to how I am doing and pays attention so that I don't overdo as I tend to push myself to far. I have learned a lot about my nervous system and the energy usage that affects both physical and mental abilities. I would highly recommend him as a physical therapist as he does more than just give you exercises and push you out the door.
