We got over-booked and got resched'd. In June, after our consult I called her and asked her to send me a brief summary of our visit to include an "incident" displayed that would need to be addressed by a neurologist, to which she agreed. I hadn't received it by August & called to follow-up on the delay but I rec'd no response from her. A mth later I called again requesting she follow-thru with her agreement, but due to her lack of professionalism and maturity she has not responded in any way
