Dr. Aleksandra Strugalska, DPT

My visits with Dr. Aleksandra Strugalska were not only extremely helpful but educational and enjoyable. I was provided with detailed information given out over a series of supportive sessions so that I was able to internalize the information before the next session. From exercises to breathing, nutrition to fluid consumption, and from mindset to easy-to-incorporate actions, all the information was usable and practical. I would highly recommend any woman who struggles with any sort of pelvic floor issues to request a referral to see Dr. Strugalska.

Dr. Aleks is one of the most compassionate and caring providers I encountered. My physical limitations and drained emotional status left me hopeless. I have tried physical therapy many times before without success. This was completely different. She took the time to not only ask questions but actually fully listen to my answers. She connected the dots from my past history and incorporated it into this care. I was able to feel better within one session and FINALLY felt like I had control over my life and body. She guided me towards reclaiming my physical status and helped me feel free. She was confident and firm in her care, which made me feel safe and sure that she knew what she was doing. I can’t recommend her enough!!!
