Cruelest Doctor
He withheld meds from my sister within intention to harm her because I complained to UCSD WeCare dept about him not refilling her meds on time over the course of several months which caused her to seizure twice . I contacted the Legal Aid Society who did a full investigation on him and confirmed that he was behaving in a retaliatory fashion toward my sister who I was trying to protect and advocate for. It was suggested that I continue my complaint to the California Medical Board -- they don't take on many cases but due to conclusive investigation conducted by a qualified psychiatric doctor and administrator with Legal Aid who found Meruelo's actions inappropriate, the Medical Board is taking on this case. Matthew Jirsa the UCSD psych care coordinator attempted to coerce my sister into signing a false agreement that she was at fault for her meds . I had a SD mental health program manager my sister knows go on a call with Jirsa to call him out on the false accusations he and Mer
