I have been a patient of Dr. Alejandra Arango for over a year now. She listens to you and makes you feel like you are her only patient.She doesn’t rush you and she is dedicated to you the entire visit.

Called after being referred by my primary physician. Explained my situation and the only response I got from her directly was "At this time I am not accepting new clients". I completely understand that being the case but being when your in the medical field does that not mean you should maybe make best effort to refer them somewhere else? Here you have someone actively looking for help to improve their mental health and your business isnt open to new clients.

I have been seeing Alejandra for about 8 years now, on and off through high school and college. She was critical in helping me turn my life around after an awful bout of depression. I think I can truly say that Alejandra helped save my life. After I moved away for school, she continued working with me over the phone and was extremely flexible during the pandemic. I have had many therapists through the years, and none of them truly clicked with me like Alejandra has. I cannot recommend her enough.

Alejandra has been wonderful, I have been seeing her for around 9 sessions and it has truly been one of the best decisions I have made in my life. I began searching and trying to connect with different counselors in order to make progress in overcoming many mental obstacles that were preventing me from reaching my potential. Alejandra has been helpful in guiding me through the journey and by providing tips on how to deal with setbacks or obstacles that arose. Nevertheless, I would 100/100 recommend Alejandra to be apart of your self-care journey.

Dr. Arango was friendly, patient, and helpful. She counseled me during a difficult time with my parents divorce and other issues. She even helped write a letter for my college. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Alexandra Arango is the best, my mom had asked me if I wanted to schedule an appointment, of course I said yes and to this day I do not regret it. She help me find myself at my worst time, she is so patient, she didn’t make me feel like I had to open up to her right away and that I can take as long as I want. And for that I am so grateful that I had gotten the chance to make my appointment.

I was referred to Dr Arango by my insurance being the closest to my home. And I don’t regret it. She has open my eyes to what’s going on with my issues. She is a text away if I’m in panic mode. She has only helped me be more organized and is to the point. How it is and what it is ! If I’m right I’m right and if I’m wrong she tells it like it is. I wouldn’t change her for nothing. She even helped me on her vacation when I needed her the most. And my children too!

She could see through you knows if you truly want to be help or if your lying. She’s a very professional caring , dedicated person.

My daughters have been seen her for a few years now. I have to say that she made the girls feel comfortable since the first visit. She listens to how they feel, and how they can improve their thinking and their actions. She offer positive feedback but she's very straight forward to also the negatives, which I like for the girls to hear because it offers them a learning experience and a way for them to rethink. I HAVE KNOWN ALEXANDRA FOR OVER TEN YEARS. I WAS A PATIENT AND CAN HONESTLY SAY SHE IS ONE OF THE MOST COMPASSIONATE, UNDERSTANDING AND OBJECTIVE PEOPLE I HAVE EVER KNOWN. I KNOW A NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN HER LINE OF WORK THAT DO NOT HAVE THE PATIENCE OR UNDERSTANDING THAT SHE HAS. SHE IS TRULY A COMPLIMENT TO HER PROFESSION! SHE MAKES YOU FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE AND IS VERY EASY TO COMMUNICATE WITH. ON A SCALE OF 1 TO 10 SHE IS FOR SURE A 10!

Booked an appointment with Ms. Arango due to the positive reviews and since my insurance covers her. When we started there were some red flags, for example she would yawn while I would speak, would finish up work from other clients during the beginning of my session etc, but I ignored it. Seems to me like she works a lot and it stresses her out, since she available very late and even on Saturdays. After a truly negative appointment where she was very argumentative I switched providers.

I was skeptical at first about seeking mental health help however at my very first session Alejandra changed my point of view. Since then I’ve continuously seen her for the past 7 years and although it’s taken a lot of work from myself, I can confidently say it’s been only possible with her guidance as well. I believe anyone struggling with any mental health issues seeking even Justin minimal advice or guidance should certainly try therapy with Alejandra.

My experience with Ms. Arango has been nothing less than exceptional! She has helped me with depression by teaching me several techniques that have stopped me from succumbing to my condition.Her expertise, professionalism and work ethic are key components that will help anyone with a mental health condition....from someone that needs some guidance on how to handle life struggles to a person with severe mental health issues.
