This was the first time I've seen this provider. She was very good! I did not answer the question about following up on test results because I haven't had the test (ultra sound) as follow up to initially seeing the provider yet.

PA was patient, informative, asked the right questions. She explained how to look at my EKG. In my experience, PA's seem to have more time to spend with the patient than do the regular docs, although I've always felt well-treated with whomever I saw.

This was my first visit with Alea for an annual checkup. She did everything that I would have expected from this clinic. They all partner with me so we can discuss together the best path. She also explained a few things about how my heart works as well as listened and answered all of my questions. I would recommend anyone from the cardiology or electrophysiology departments at this clinic.

Alea Garces took the time to explain my situation, develop a treatment plan and answer my questions. I heard her concerns about my symptoms however I did not hear the words heart failure. Perhaps I missed that? I did not see heart failure until I got home and read the after visit summary. I have more questions as a result and will follow up with my cardiologist. I appreciate all the information Alea shared regarding her assessment of my valves. Thank you!
