At the age of 21 my home was visited by Al Pondillo on the premise that I may be diagnosed with autism. He spoke to my parents for a short time, and shook my hand before he left, and proceeded to officially and legally diagnose me with autism without even having spoken to me. He later used his legal authority in a department he, himself, is responsible for creating, and declared me mentally incompetent after only one conversation, many months later, based in part on my autism diagnosis from him.
