Dr. Albert Nguyen, OD

Disregard the 5-star rating, because I am here to tell you to do yourself a favor and find another optometrist. I saw Dr. Nguyen for an eye exam and his behavior throughout my exam was insincere, rude, and disrespectful. The entire time, I felt like I was rushed I asked questions regarding my eye health and he replied with there's nothing I can do. I asked why do some people my age have better vision and all he said was it's based on luck. As an optometrist who specializes in eye care and received an extensive amount of education, these are NOT the answers I was expecting from him. Dr. Nguyen failed at giving me the best care. He left my questions unanswered with vague and inappropriate responses. The way he performed my eye exam seemed like his was irritated and reflected his temper onto his patient. I wouldn't want anyone to have the same experience I gotten.
