The .man is not at all qualified to give any one advice. He has no credibility in my eyes. Just take my advice and don't make the mistake in choosing him to evaluate you! Don't do it!

We met Al when he provided services to our teen, we followed up with him for marriage counseling and it does not take more than a few sessions to get unstuck and move forward. We are a better functioning family because of Mr. Merchant! He is direct and on point. I never felt like I lost a single moment of counseling time- it was all out to great use. With his guidance, I have grown as a person. I am a v better parent and a better wife. I am so thankful we found Mr. Merchant and even more thankful that he made such a difference in our lives.

Since using his services he has insulted us, said "He feels pressured" and all we asked for were answers and return phone calls. This man should NEVER be a child counselor! He is demeaning and speaks down to people. He has continually delayed helping our Granddaughter and purposefully delayed our family from moving forward. If I could rate him negative stars I would. On a family call when all of us were on the phone together he literally said the call was over because I asked him a question he didn't want to answer. He said he felt pressured when all I did was ask why he didn't inform us of something that we asked in November and it was March when we had the call! He knew in November we needed to do something and plain flat kept that information from us delaying a reunification of our family. The man is plain flat bad news. DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES. We believe the only reason he keeps delaying things is so he can keep getting paid. There's no excuse for withholding information from us!
