Dr. Gatrost uses a non force technique called Applied Kinesiology. I live with hEDS which is a hypermobility connective tissue disorder, so that is a great technique for me. He is a very kind and caring human being and he helps me to maintain musculo-skeletal balance with my disorder. He's very much appreciated!

I have gone to Dr. Al Gatrost, for all of my chiropractic needs, for approximately 20 years now. Before that I had seen about 5 other chiropractors in my life. With the exception of my grandfather, who was an excellent chiropractor when I was young, Dr. Gatrost has been #1 in my book. He has a wonderful bedside manner, a very effective course of treatment, and a personality that everyone appreciates. I can't think of anyone I would rather recommend more than him!
