He told me that if I didn’t like the medical community on Hawaii, I should move elsewhere. I’d call that bigotry. I didn’t like him at all. I found him condescending to the point of boredom.

Al Braun is friendly and empathetic. He gives attention to my symptoms and concerns then takes time to explain treatment plans that might help with my condition. So glad he is working here in Hilo.

Abrupt, rude and demeaning! Not helpful at all...went for an ER follow up and all he did was undermine my doctors prescription choice.
