she helped me slow down which was hard at first, especially when you want quick results. i learned not everything has a fix and sometimes i just need to let myself feel. she is big on getting in touch with your emotions and isn't afraid to challenge you which i didn't think i would like at first but it benefitted me so much in the long run. i finally had a better understanding of my feelings and have seen so much improvement in my relationship and friendships. she really is the best therapist and you can tell she actually cares about you!
