Incompetance
I'll start by saying, he was very encouraging and eager to get my medical issues the attention they need. OK. The Meds he had perscribed( non-narcotic) were never sent to the agreed pharmacy. The bloodwork had not reached the office after 20 days of the bloodwork appt. They never followed up with me, even after several attempts to contact the office. When I finally was able to contact the office, the person on the other end had nothing but excuses, no bloodwork results, no specialist appt. and no solutions. She was very uninformed and unprepared to answer any questions. It's been a nightmare, to say the least. I was also told by a pharmasist, it is very typical of Dr. Valenzuela's office to fail to put in the perscriptions for their patients, well inbetween Tik Tok of course and said to keep calling until I reach someone. Seriosly, the number on thte office visit paperwork, was not their contact number. They had not updated their information. Surprise surprise!!

So far so good. It seems to me I'm receiving comfortable, competent and concerned care and he seems like the kind of guy I like to have a beer with or play around of golf. I recommend him....
