Dr. Rophie is the best! He is excellent and knows the profession well. He explains every step of the examination process. His staff is wonderful and very friendly.

Dr. Rophie has an excellent practice, and I would recommend him highly. He provides a very thorough eye exam and is an excellent listener to the client's concerns. The office staff members are also excellent. In particular I would give a "shout out" to Pam, who is an exceptionally friendly, patient, and cheerful person. I noticed that she speaks slowly and a bit more loudly than many office staff members do, which is great for seniors with hearing issues!

Pam is amazing. She is very helpful with insurance claims, scheduling appointments and very courteous. She greats you by name and makes sure your comfortable and needs are met. Dr. Rophie is very pleasant, takes time to listen to any concerns or comments. I would highly recommend their office.

I was somewhat apprehensive about not going to an M.D. for my annual eye exam BUT I can say that Dr. Rophie was extremely professional and thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend him. His staff was very friendly and helpful.

My family and I have been coming to Dr. Rophie for over 30 years and find him to be an exemplary
doctor with a very caring personality. Dr. Rophie also has a wonderful staff. Pam is not only
courteous and friendly on the phone but goes out of her way to help with any insurance questions
or problems. She is a true asset to Dr. Rophie's practice.

I have been going to Dr. Rophie for about 6 years now. Initially, I took my mother-in-law there because her recommended Medicare practice was always so packed and took so long and, with her dementia, it was really rough on her. I then started scheduling myself. Dr. Rophie does not overbook which is a plus for me. The office is small, neatly maintained and includes an excellent choice of frames. The staff is efficient and friendly.

Front office gal was busy but efficient and knows her stuff about eyes and vision and insurances. Real nice but busy. The office is older but clean. Doctor was on time, nice and answered all of my questions. Frame lady was ok and frame selection was pretty good and fun. I will be back!

Dr. Rophie is an excellent doctor! His office assistant, Pam, is very organized and friendly! She always greets us with warm hello, and takes care of all insurance and billing issues so we don't have to worry about them. And, she cheerfully calls and reminds us of our upcoming appointments. Jade orders our contacts and fits us for new glasses right there. So, a visit to Dr. Rophie's is really a pleasure. Their office is really 'a site for sore eyes!' :)
