Seemed very disinterested throughout my initial consultation. I was out on stress leave from work and my work needed office visit notes for their records and to approve my leave from work. Dr. Politte called the morning after my visit and was VERY rude. Saying he received the request for notes from the office visit, was too busy and would NOT be sending them anything. Almost insinuating that I was trying to pull some kind of scam. For a mental health doctor to be so unprofessional and rude to someone trying to get help to deal with the grief of recently losing their wife to cancer, I think is despicable. I would definitely not recommend anyone using this man as their psychologist.

I found Dr Politte to be very professional, easy to converse with and genuinely interested in me as a person.

I love the text and call reminders. The receptionist is very friendly. Also, Dr. Politte is also very professional.

I wanted to leave a half star.. and only because the people at the desk were somewhat nice. But I had 1 apmt and I had a death in the family so I rescheduled my son apmt. I got a reminder call on Thursday for a Monday appt after Thanksgiving. Monday comes & my daughter is sick, So up with her all night and still getting my other kids to school. IForgot the apmt. The dr. call and was rude. Said since we didnt show,"I dont get help,my son doesn't and he doesnt get paid"then hung. Rude as hell.

This staff is very rude, and I would not recommend them to anyone! Even the Doctor is rude!

We were looking for dyslexia screening and in our initial interview he repeated age and maturity levels many times dismissing the fact that she may actually have a problem. We attended just one initial consultation (about 30 minutes of time) which we were told would be covered by insurance and then after declining further testing were sent a bill for that consultation (of $130) that was supposedly covered and then sent to collections. I would look into other options if you are looking for help.
