I phoned or emailed many times but he did not get back. I noticed he was paid by my insurance company for initial psychological testing so when I finally got through to him he was headed out for the summer but to call in September because he had a couple of openings, which I did. No answer. Dr. lincoln, I have suffered through 65 years of Asperger’s, a like number in PTSD. You came highly recommended by your peers as the only option. I was so hopeful. I tried to get your help for almost two years. What kind of a professional would ignore, lead-on, test and disappear without as much as a communication? You are a disgrace. Seek help yourself. Better yet, let me council you. Think I’ll leave it there.

Dr. Lincoln does not return phone calls and it is extremely difficult to schedule an appointment. My husband has been trying for months! Unacceptable and unprofessional. Save yourself the frustration and seek another provider.

The mental health system in America is terrible, but Dr. Lincoln seems to be trying to single handedly make it worse. He is the only doctor I could find that accepts my insurance and does psychological evaluations, but I have given up on him completely after nearly two months of trying to schedule an initial appointment. Dr. Lincoln refuses to speak via phone and rarely replies via email, even when it is a matter of scheduling. His attitude and inconsiderate behavior would be inexcusable for any professional, but it is absolutely disgusting for someone in the mental health field to treat potential patients this poorly. And while I have been to plenty of doctors who were difficult to work with because they had bad schedulers - he does this process himself and therefore has only himself to blame. I don't say this lightly when I say that those with mental health issues are better off not getting treatment at all than attempting to get it from him. At best, you will waste your time. At
