Felt he was very condescending, rude and dismissive.

Guy doesn't understand autism.
Showed up for my wife's final diagnosis, and his understanding of autism is clearly underdeveloped, due to the amount of ABA therapy books on his shelf, and his use of the term Aspergers in the opening treatments page of his clinic (Kalamazoo Neuropsychology). His final diagnosis of my wife, a woman who is clearly autistic, was that she had ADHD, and Depression, Anxiety, and PTSD that resulted in a diagnosis of BPD (WHICH HAD BEEN DISMISSED AS NOT POSSIBLE BASED ON PRIOR PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PHYSIOLOGICAL FINDINGS). If you have an autistic child or adult, DO NOT BRING THEM TO THIS MAN OR HIS CLINIC. HE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING.

I love Dr. Lewandowski! He is very direct, and very easy to understand. He is not going to coddle, but he is going to help. If you are looking for someone to stroke you, he may not be your doctor, but if you really want help, this is the guy. I went in with some memory and concentration issues. He had some thorough testing done, and then sat me down to go over the results in a follow-up visit. He took time to explain the results, and to help me think through some decisions. He spent a lot of time off-line researching what he thought would help me in my personal life, because he cared enough to help me. He didn't pat my head and send me on the way, he called out where I needed to be called out, and then provided real direction. That is what I need: TRUTH. THANK YOU, DOCTOR!!! I was able to get some therapy, try some medication, and take positive steps forward in a focused direction - ACTION! He is amazing! oh - and he has a great sense of humor!

I had my mother evaluated per her PCP recommendation. My mom has been more forgetful and I wanted to have her tested to see if we were on the right track, to see if there was anything more we could do to enhance her quality of life. Dr.Lewandowski was fantastic. He was very through and very professional. My mom seemed very comfortable with him and responded to all of his questions very well. Her testing was in depth, she was there for a 4 hour block of time . When it was time for our explanation,Dr.Lewandowski was wonderful! He spent almost 2 hours of solid airtime with us explaining the results of the report. He managed to make it so that we could understand what was on the papers. We would definitely refer this doctor to friends and family. He was excellent ! I would definitely refer this doctor to friends and family!

Verbally abusive during session his questions were off and hard to track. Felt overwhelmed. He seemed agitated and his phone kept ringing during session. He seems old school and out of touch with current studies. Seemed like I caught brunt of his personal issues with phone ringing. Unprofessional. As a woman he made me feel very uncomfortable.

Verbally abused me in his office about how I wasn't doing enough to get into a good school. Awful experience I wish I could forget.
