First appointment was waste of time. Had to schedule return visit for 3 hour appointment He was l.ate and was eating his lunch instead of seeing my mom. He had someone else test my mom. she was seen for less than 1 hour. He never returned phone calls. BIG waste of time and mom still needs help. will not waste any more time or money here. He should consider retiring early. The receptionist was pleasant but I gave one star because she is working for dr gordon.

Brought my dad here. After visit, I left a message asking for a return call as we were having problems, to no avail. After several calls, still no response.

Does not seem to care about being on time for appointments. Eats, drinks coffee while meeting with a patient.

Very displeased with my experience. Dr Gordon showed up 45 min late for appt without apology. The office staff was non-communicative. I was not impressed by his level of insight or knowledge & would not recommend him.
