Terrible
We saw Alaina for a sports physical and she asked my 15 year old, who is a strong athlete, if anything hurt and when my daughter said ‘some times I have knee pain when I stretch’, she DENIED my daughter’s sports physical! Totally ridiculous. Athletes have aches and my daughter didn’t understand why she was being asked. Now it’s more $ in OSF coffers to repeat the physical. Avoid!
