Flawed application/review process
Provider was recommended positively by a nurse at the hospital. They have a time-consuming application process. The application states it will be reviewed over 2 weeks and you will be notified if you are accepted. We did the application. Checked in after 2 weeks, still being reviewed by provider. Checked in twice more. At 25 days we were needing prescription refills and found another provider who accepted us right away with no prior paperwork. Called and cancelled Ms. Hansen. Unsure why we received no response. We have ample insurance and a stellar credit rating. Very unprofessional--at least get back to people with your decision. Can't recommend based on our experience.
