Ailyn is a trustworthy professional with such an engaging, helpful and beneficial approach in counseling. My experience was positive as I worked through the things that were impacting me in a challenging time. Her skills are awesome, she is respectful of the needs of her clients in my opinion.

Happy with services. My family worked with Ms. Flores. My daughter was bullied in school. Ms. Flores worked closely with our family and the school to help my daughter.

I’m so upset with this place and the unprofessional treatment I was given. The person that answers the client calls is very rude and blunt. I just needed to be seeing with my insurance and I was dismissed the most awful way. I don’t know how this practice treats mental health issues if they do not even have a basic customer service level experience.

Ms. Flores was very professional and a good listener. She was able to help me resolve my issues. Ms. Flores was easy to talk to and had great knowledge about mental health services.

Mrs. Flores is very professional. I didn’t expect for my call to be answered on the weekend. She was able to schedule me for the following week. I feel comfortable with her and I am glad I found her on psychology today.

This is the most unorganized, useless counselor I have met. She’s doesn’t communicate with her new clients to explain the process. If will take her 4-5 days to reach back out to you. When I called her to figure out my appointment information after driving to 2 different locations, she then tells me it’s a telehealth appointment. (This is the first I have heard of this from her) before I was even finished talking, she hung up the phone on me and canceled my appointment. This is the absolute worse service I have ever seen or heard of from a counselor and I hope someone who needs true help does not approach her, because she will do nothing but drive the anxiety worse and not try to help you. Very rude for her to hang up on a paying client.
