I invested lots of time and money with Ms. Muller only to be severely disappointed and left upset I didn’t change therapists sooner. I thought she was supportive and offered sound advice only to realize after spending thousands of dollars that she had no comprehension of the true mental illness that my sibling has. People that have true mental illness do not suddenly change and start helping when they cannot function normally. Ms. Muller thought my sibling would somehow miraculously change if I moved away. Ms. Muller did not offer much sympathy just a very judgmental tone and overreaction when it came to dating and social drinking because again she cannot put herself in the position of someone else. Someone that practices in the bay area should not be so stuck in traditional old fashioned values. If they’re maybe limit your practice?Women do things by themselves these days. Comments like I go on vacation with my husband are rude and so out of touch with the modern world.
