I've had a wonderful therapy experience with Adriana. She is encouraging and supportive, and helps normalize emotional responses you may be beating yourself up for. She offers a solution-focused approach and summarizes a helpful plan at the end of each session. I left sessions feeling confident and with greater self-trust to enact the plans. In just a few months of weekly sessions, I felt I had the skills I needed to continue creating a fulfilling life for myself. When you're ready to make real, sustainable changes, Adriana is a helpful guide.

It has taken me a year to write this review as I do not write reviews about health professionals and wanted to ensure I could help someone else seeking services. During our final session, when I was expressing emotion and mental health difficulties, I was hurried off the Zoom and told I could not be helped by her. As she ended the Zoom abruptly and early, no resources or additional personnel were provided. No follow up and did not answer my phone calls following. I have never felt so embarrassed or not worthy of counseling. I found it to be extremely unprofessional and does not align with the services on her website. Please consider other resources on your mental health journey.
