Adele has been a great asset in my treatment of sexual abuse . She is caring , veery professional and always takes the time necessary to deal with my issues. A++++

Ms. Palazzo is a first-rate provider taking whatever time necessary to understand the situation, diagnose, and work with you to find the best medication for you. I can't say enough positive things....will continue with her as primary provider wherever she practices!

Horrible service! 2 out of 3 of my appointments, Adele was texting people while I was sitting right in front of her! First time to her 92 year old mother, the second, her son. She charged my blue Cross 125.00 for a visit which was 10 minutes long, also a co pay. The next visit was 8 minutes, same thing. Then, she charged me for a missed appointment that I never made, it was my husband's birthday and we ALWAYS go away, Finally she denied my meds which prevent panic attacts. Ethics committee now!

My husband and I have been a patient of Adele's for over 5 years. We lost our health coverage. He was hospitalized for two weeks. A few days after he was discharged he went for his follow up visit with her. She stated because he no longer had insurance she would no longer be taking care of him for medication management. He wasn't offered any help with his medication, coupons etc.until he's able to find another provider, was just "shown the door".

Ms Palazzo has conditions regarding which patients she will see; make sure that you ask about this if making an appointment with her prior to showing up for one.

Adele is incredible. Sometimes she seems to be moving quickly but she'll gladly take more time to discuss issues and treatment is requested. Very interested in treating patients and involving them in their own care.
